|Recommended: YesLove living here — I looked at almost every apartment in a 10 mile radius and The Reserve at Columbia Tech is by far the best. The location is awesome with many amenities within walking distance. I like that the complex is gated and has security patrolling the area. I also like that it feels more adult living with nice kitchen, pool, 24 7 fitness and designated parking with plenty of extra.

|Recommended: YesUpscale but homey community with lots of perks — We love the Reserve. The office and maintenance staff are ultra friendly and prompt. They communicate well with residents and make nice gestures throughout the year, like free catered brunch. They keep the grounds and community looking beautiful. Our apartment is modern and spacious. Included covered parking and trash valet are bonuses you don't typically find. The neighborhood is great with lots of eating and shopping options within walking distance. You can't beat a HUB and winery just blocks away We pay a little more to live here than some other options, but they make it worth it.

I can walk to many places. If there is ever any problem it is taken care of promptly. The staff is always willing to help and answer my questions. I love my parking space

Only possible hold up is the price tag, but if you are one to take advantages of all the included services and perks i.e. valet trash, fitness center, pool, green areas then it is worth it.
