|Recommended: YesThe best apartment I've ever had — The apartment is community is very beautiful and well kept. Inside the apartments are spacious and modern. The built-ins provide ample amounts of space and the closets are more than large enough. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, so much so that we have a couple that are empty. My only minor complaint is carpeting, having carpet makes it harder to keep up with for someone with allergies like myself . Overall, this place is great with storage, style, amenities, and design.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love my apartment- the layout, vaulted ceilings, the flowers by the stairs, all of the green space, etc. my only complaints is that the staff has tried to give me a ticket of 100 absolutely ridiculous for speeding . i wasn't home at the time was actually an hour away , so luckily they didn't end up charging me, but the whole ordeal was really irritating. also, one time they put a notice on my door that my trash receptacle had been outside longer than the time they allowed i put it out the night before and then when i came home from work the next day, i saw the notice . i thought that was incredibly trivial and that experience rubbed me the wrong way as well especially since they make you pay for the receptacle and I work full time . other than those incidents with the staff, I love the grounds and my apartment and would definitely recommend The Reserve to a friend
|Recommended: YesA nice, quiet property — My wife and I have moved frequently and this is the 7th apartment community we have leased at. Our lease is near the end of the term and this has been the first time we have not hesitated to renew our lease. The apartments are very well laid out and the floor plans maximize use of space much better than other places we've stayed. Neighbor noise is pretty low. We only hear our upstairs neighbors occasionally, but not as loud as previous apartments. The property is well kept and the front office has always met our needs quickly and with a smile the few times we've needed something.
