|Recommended: YesWhen Downsizing Is an Upgrade — When it became necessary for me to downsize from a three-bedroom, two-bath townhome, I toured many apartment communities. I knew I wanted a one-bedroom unit, and possibly on the ground floor. Finding that was not easy.
Then I discovered The Reserve at CTC. Imagine my surprise when they told me five units were available I qualified within three days and was handed the keys on the fourth day. The leasing staff made everything seamless and actually seemed happy to see me whenever I walked in… and believe me, that is rare.
However, what I love about this place is the relative quiet, the modern facilities, the pet-friendly grounds, and its location. I may have been downsizing, but I've definitely upgraded.

|Recommended: NoNot as comfortable as we would like to be — We have to experience the loud bass vibrations of the loud music from the apartment above us every day and every night. This makes the quality of our stay at The Reserve uncomfortable and creates anxiety. Decibels of 70 or above in music should not be allowed in an apartment.
I also smell cigarette smoke in my apartment and my son and I don't smoke cigarettes.
I like the fact that the outside of our apartment complex is quiet.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I moved here in September. The move in process was a little stressful line any move, but the staff was patient and worked with me every step of the way. Location is great as we are close to everything you would need. The grounds are well kept and maintained. I have nothing but good things to say so far.

|Recommended: YesWe love it here — It’s only been the second month living here but so far we really love it here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to access but secure. The apartment is put together well, so many plugs and a lot of cabinet space.

|Recommended: YesMonth so far and happy with everything — I’ve put in 3 maintenance requests since moving in and each request has been dealt with in a timely manner and I’ve been very pleased. The apartment is beautiful and the surrounding environment is relaxing and it’s nice not to always hear your neighbors. The valet trash service is one of my favorite things about living here. I hate trash and not having to walk it to a dumpster is such a perk.

|Recommended: NoExit Gate always broken — Within the month that I lived in here. The neighborhood is very clean but one major problem is the exit gate on 177th Avenue, the gate is facing the reserve gym’s direction. This gate is often broken as it can’t not be closed, keeping open overnights. Which I have already seen multiple instances that vehicles or persons are just drive in from the exit gate where is only supposed to be open when vehicle exiting .
I have my Amazon packages taken from my front door, which somewhat i think the gate being broken contributes it.
As a claimed gated community that we paying rent for the great neighborhood and security it should provide, the leasing company should do better to make the rent worth and before things getting worse that makes people not feeling safe enough to living here.
So please fix the gate and let’s bring back the peaceful and safe community.

No structural issues or issues with any appliances or heating. Maintenance team is readily available should anything come up. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good price for everything included Also a perk is ceilings are tall even on ground floors You can get a very large Christmas tree P

I have always owned my own home, but this year I decided to downsize and wanted a well-maintained and secure space where I could feel at home. This community has not disappointed My unit was presented to me in pristine condition with everything in working order. The grounds and common areas are always maintained beautifully. The staff are professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. The knowledgable maintenance crew goes above and beyond with their quick response time to complete any requests for service which varies from lock-outs to appliance repairs. The unit came with free reserved parking for me and there is more than enough parking for guests. There is plenty of beautiful walking trails and I can't stress enough the safety I feel as a resident here. To come home to a safe, clean and pleasant atmosphere is well worth living here at The Reserve at Columbia Tech Center. They've thought of it all and stand behind their community with great pride.
