AC in the apartments in the living room--nothing in the bedrooms, so you need a fan on hot summer nights.
Balcony outdoors, nice pool and spa area and workout fitness center. Gated community, so very secure.
Pool and spa close at 9 pm. It would be nice to have an adult only quiet hour from 9 pm until 10 pm.
Very nice property. If you have to rent, you can't beat this place.
