|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — We've been almost a year at the reserve and we've enjoyed the experience so far. Lots of amenities at a reasonable price. I've had several interactions with the staff, and they've always been pleasant. I've had maintenance requests, and they've been taken care of quickly.

|Recommended: YesNice apartments — When I moved here a year ago I looked at several places in East Vancouver near work. These were the nicest by far and I have been happy living here. The units are nice, there's ample parking, management staff is nice, and maintenance seems to get done right away. There are occasional annoyances, but no place will be perfect and in the big scheme of things, not so important.

I also love how close it is to everything. The staff has been very helpful every time I submit a question and you can do everything virtually.
