|Recommended: YesMy dog loves the bark chip pit — The reserve is a very dog friendly place, which makes the burden of having a dog in an apartment much easier. There are a lot of amenities as well which are nice to have available. All in all it is a well-kept nice, quiet community. The apartment themselves are cute and spacious.

|Recommended: YesPride of ownership without the liability. Clean, Quite, and Polite — Everyone including the staff is so polite and the neighbors seem to keep to themselves, for the most part anyway. The management team works very hard to keep a clean and safe property for us to enjoy. The noise star rating question.......Is that a question or a statement No for the most part we cannot hear our neighbors unless we are outside and usually you hear their pets. There are some negligent pet owners though sad face emoji here , although you can hardly blame that on the staff or community. Its a GREAT place to live

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Call Home — Just a quick note and shout out to the Office PropertyManagement Team and the Maintenance Department in general and to Aaron and Andrew in particular. The complex is run with efficiency and professionalism and the building and grounds are always in top notch condition. We recently had a problem with our dryer and with the help of Aaron and the mechanical skill of Andrew, our issue was rectified in less than a day Thank you guys for your swift action and your commitment to excellence. You both, as well as the rest of the staff in both property administration and maintenance, are definite assets to the organization. Keep up the great work

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, quiet, safe, with excellent management — These are gorgeous apartments that feel more like little homes, with beautifully landscaped common areas, and a very helpful, friendly and involved management team Coming from Portland I was blown away by how much more you get for your money here. The area is very convenient and pretty with views of Mt. Hood and every store you could need nearby. Couldn't ask for better

|Recommended: YesLovely, affordable apartments — It's very pleasant here. Friendly staff both at the main office as well as the maintenance workers that help with things. Temperature is well-controlled in the apartment and things are pleasant. The only complaint I might have is that I can easily hear the neighbor stomping around upstairs and loud speaking yelling at times, but hard to pinpoint if this is a noise issue or an issue with thin walls. Overall, extremely pleased about this place.

|Recommended: YesClean, Comfortable, Well-managed — We’ve lived at the Reserve for 4 years here’s my review. They are absurdly meticulous with keeping the property grounds maintained, which is something we really appreciate. If you take some pride in the way your home looks, then you never have to worry about the outside looking run-down or messy. The floor plans were different from most we had looked at but that was several years ago . I really like the layout and the patio space we live on the top floor and the ceilings are vaulted which makes it open and bright . Every unit gets one covered parking spot and additional cars have shared parking. This can be a bit of a drawback I suppose—depending on the time of day you get home—but I’ve never seen the property with zero parking spots. Most of the time we park within steps of our front door. The only thing we hear from our neighbors is if it’s summertime and their windows are open. Though we’ve never had to formally complain about anything, we know they get on top of concerns because of the random warnings reminders we get on our door about picking up after a pet if we have one . The few interactions we’ve had with staff have been very pleasant—they seem to work hard and care about the quality of their service. I think the only thing that’s made me scrunch my nose at this place is their curfew for the pool spa pre-COVID , which is 9pm. In the summertime it would be nice if you could take a dip after the sun goes down, but I believe the rules are in place to keep the noise down for the units that surround the pool area, which makes sense. Overall, this place is great
