|Recommended: YesI have been here since early 2013, when the complex was still under construction, so I have seen a lot here. Overall the apartments are excellent, as is the staff here. I have never had a bad interaction with the office staff here. I do have a few complaints that may be minor but do detract from a 5-star review.
1. Noise. The apartment walls are thin as is the floor ceiling so if you have a loud neighbor you WILL hear it.
2. A C. The wall-mounted AC unit is woefully inadequate to cool the entire apartment and with the 90 degree turns in the hallways it just does NOT get to the bedrooms at least this is true in the t bedrooms . An extra AC unit is a MUST especially with the summers getting hotter here.
3. Parking. The covered spaces are reserved for the residences ONLY. There is extra parking, but expect to hunt for one if you get home after 5.

|Recommended: YesThis is what apartment living should be — Living at the Reserve at Columbia Tech is exactly what we hoped for. The apartment layout is open, roomy and inviting, with plenty of storage. Whether you like to swim, work out, shoot pool, enjoy the dog park or relax by the fireplace in the community room, the amenities are designed to fulfill the wants and needs of the residents. We like the quiet, safe-feeling grounds. The location is perfect for shopping, medical needs, employment, dining out and recreation. From the waterfall feature to the lush lawn and mature trees, the landscaping is beautiful and well-kept year round. The staff is friendly, professional and very responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, politely and professionally. The community is friendly and there are sometimes fun events designed to help you meet your neighbors. There is even a beautiful park nearby for walking. The Reserve at Columbia Tech Center is a place we are proud to call our home.
