The property always looks spotless and well cared for. The gym is awesome and has everything I need—there’s honestly no reason to pay for a separate gym membership. I also love the monthly resident events like candle making, holiday parties, trivia, and more—it really makes the community feel welcoming. A shout out to Tina and Lynn who have been amazing and are always so helpful. I'm happy to call Bennington my home.

Some staff interactions have felt unwelcoming at times, and package handling has been an ongoing issue, with items occasionally going missing and no follow-up. Additionally, noise from neighbors can sometimes be disruptive. With better communication and consistency, this could be a much more positive living experience.

|Recommended: NoLooks can be deceiving — This community is marketed as “luxury,” and in many ways it delivers the grounds are clean, safe, and visually appealing, and the amenities and convenience are definite positives.
Unfortunately, the actual apartment construction significantly detracts from the experience. Sound insulation between floors is extremely poor. Living on the second floor, we hear nearly every step and late night vacuuming session from the apartment above.
What’s especially frustrating is that this issue cuts both ways. Being so aware of how sound carries, we find ourselves having to walk unnaturally carefully and limit normal movement out of concern for disturbing the neighbors below. It creates a sense of walking on eggshells in what should be a comfortable home.
It’s disappointing because the community has many positives, and with better construction and soundproofing, it could truly live up to its “luxury” label. As it stands, the poor noise insulation overshadows many of the benefits and is something prospective residents should seriously consider before signing a lease.

|Recommended: NoA month of living at The Bennibgton — Check the air quality asphalt odor comes in even though windows are closed so smells in the house. Not good for respiratory disorders. The asphalt company works at night also so more noisy. Nice words Valet trash pick up it is nice to have it 5 days a week. Concierge service for Amazon and package delivery that you have to use you phone for. If you like alot of online activities, it's great but those not attune to digital life ... Looks nice with marble countertops but average construction and paint. Caution for first floor seekers. If you don't enjoy watching people walk by your windows or don't enjoy a dog doing his dooty outside your big picture windows while your sipping on you coffee or eating your eggs, choose a 2nd or 3rd floor unit. Maintenance is great,caring, thorough and prompt.
