We also really enjoy how pet friendly this community is. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment with nice amenities and build quality to live here. To make it even better, the staff, including maintenance is super friendly and helpful. Tina was the one who helped us through out the whole sign up process She was great

|Recommended: YesReview. — Great area and amazing apartments. I gave 4 stars for noise only because we are on the south end near the bus station. So with windows open the sound of the buses throughout the night does feel loud. Other than that, everything else is great. Thanks

I do feel the quality of the appliances and cabinets and doors are very poor due to living here one month and some of our cabinets and other items like it already have loose hinges and rails. the toilet will leak at random times and leave a water puddle on the floor and will not flush sometimes so we have to let it sit for a few hours in between uses. we have noticed a large amount of people using the pools and spas way later then 9pm and living so close to the newer one it does bug us a little bit. we have also noticed a lot of people not picking up after their animals.

|Recommended: YesFirst review — While I love living here to be honest the dog park behind my apartment is a bit annoying. It’s pretty constant with dog walk arounds for urination and stools. I wish I could walk through the grassy area but too much urine. The stools are cleaned up but really there’s always some left behind. I look forward to the dog park coming sooner than later. Fingers crossed. Also the parking is a bit scary. My space is right next to an open space. I know this can’t be helped however, the use of many different visitors can be scary. I’ve had my car touched by strangers on a regular basis. I’ve also asked about electric chargers upon signing but have yet to see them placed. This is a concern and a necessity for me due to the fact that I drive an electric car. I would have not signed an 18 month lease if I had known the EV chargers would not be present. Maybe I can be given an alternative until then And driving to sister property round trip walking almost a mile not really realistic. A full charge takes about 6 hours and honestly not realistic for me to be asked to do that.

As far as your parking goes, the additional open spots are for someone that might have two vehicles or guests, we assure you if there are any issues we can address them when/if they arise.
