|Recommended: YesBeautiful and very well maintained — My Wife, Son, and I moved in at the beginning of February and have never been happier with where we live. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance is super on top of it. I see them out every single day painting lines and fixing what needs to be fixed. My wife dropped a fork down the garbage disposal and Maintenance came out same day to fix it he was so nice despite cutting his hand on the blades. LOVE THIS PLACE

|Recommended: YesWonderful first home — I have been living here for about 4 months and have loved every second of it. As a young adult who just moved to Vancouver to start a new job, the Reserves were fast to accept my application and helped me find my new home within just a few days The office staff have all been amazing and answered my many questions that I had during my first month. Maintenance is fast and helpful. They fixed a few issues within the first 3 days of moving in and they have even helped me give step by step directions over the phone to solve a minor problem. I have enjoyed all this place has to offer even if it’s pushing my budget a bit. Beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors, and a wonderful location

|Recommended: YesGood central safe location — I would recommend the place. But if you have pets there is no leashless area on the property but close to the property is a good dog park. I appreciate the pet areas but there are people not picking up after their pets. The floor ceilings don't block heavy walkers and you hear all the water usage of the floors but not much else. The apartments are a bit on the chilly side, insulation R factor is not high enough to really keep it comfortable without having the fire on. I do like the bedroom wall heater and the ability to isolate the heating when sleeping or living. All in all a nice place with a few issues but safe, mostly comfortable, good location to food, stores, movies, etc.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, run by very capable and personable staff. — Our three-bedroom ground floor unit was rented to us on excellent condition, with good appliances, wood-like flooring in living and kitchen areas, and good, clean, odor-free carpeting in bedrooms. Only word of advice Application process is lengthy and detailed, all done on-line. Start that process after carefully gathering all the data and documents that are called for. Also, a good computer and comfort with its use will be very helpful. Neighborhood literally has everything we need. Nice amenities, such as exercise rooms, pools, lounges, etc.
