I had my purse and keys stolen and they arranged for immediate lock change on all my entry doors and gate keys. The maintenance is very quick and high quality and the valet garbage service is so convenient
|Recommended: YesStaff is very customer service oriented. Friendly. Kind. Helpful. Clean facility. Pool Gym 24 7. Cozy environment. — We made the right choice moving to The Reserve Apartments. Our reasons included the professional and friendly staff who welcomed us. The location is perfect for our daily needs and we are close to all our children. We have easy and quick access to get to 205 and I 5. The grounds are well cared for. If anything needs repair the staff are quick to help and I have found go above and beyond to take care of us. We are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Parking is always available with extra space for company. The pool, party room, theatre room and gym got our attention for use when we have our family or others over and don't want to use our apartment. Love the location. Love the staff and how we are treated. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, worth the price. — I really like living here at The Reserve. It may be a bit pricey compared to some but I feel the quality of the apartments makes up for that. I've had mostly good experiences with the staff and property. I personally have not seen or heard of any criminal activity going on in the complex either which is always a plus Very family friendly and plenty of room in each apartment. One of the few downsides I've found though is at least in the apartment I am in currently All three bedrooms are attached to a 15 amp breaker, so we have tripped this breaker quite often.
|Recommended: YesBest apartments I have stayed at — I had lived in a few apartment complexes down in California before moving up to Washington. Although there were a few issues when I first moved in, the staff fixed the issues and have been fantastic since. Always friendly in the office whenever a package has arrived or if I need anything, very prompt maintenance team, and gorgeous grounds great for small dogs and young families.

It's the most expensive place I have ever lived in but it is also the nicest. I feel like I live in a home not in an apartment. the layout is private enough to have space for yourself. The grounds are quiet and I constantly see maintenance about doing their tasks. I couldn't be happier here at the Reserve.

|Recommended: YesAlways finely landscaped and kept up, very helpful happy staff — Great small community and quiet neighborhood. Staff are always so nice and helpful. Even during the winter the pool is kept clean and grounds nicely manicured.
