Maintenance requests get handled quickly, the location’s super convenient, and parking’s straightforward. Special thanks to Griselda for being fantastic through the whole process, friendly, professional, always helpful, and easy to reach. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, worry-free place I’d happily recommend.

|Recommended: NoNo luxury living here — No because they pick and choose who follows rules they have came to me about bike on my balcony saying that it can only be patio furniture but I see bikes treadmills exercise trampoline beds with rails couches and much more suppose to be no smoking people at the pool smoking Hookah and more, cars stay parked backwards dog poop everywhere Pool is no longer 24 hours because of tenants breaking the rules instead of getting rid of the rule breakers they punish everyone

|Recommended: YesAcero is overall amazing — The property staff and maintenance are incredible The atmosphere is resort-like and the grounds are kept up beautifully I love my apartment location, it’s great My only issue is the noise of both the property and that of neighbors being a ground floor apartment. It can be loud on the property late at night and the pounding of running loud music from those living on top of us is very annoying and excessive.

|Recommended: NoFIRST TO START OFF Lisa in the front office is amazing. She made my stay so much better even with everything that happened. She carries the office. She’s sweet and caring. She keeps everything running. Just amazing But the rest of the office staff is horrible. Rude. Unprofessional and heartless. Made my roommate cry and really didn’t care. Power hungry. Overall worst experience I’ve had. My move out was absolutely horrible. They are unorganized. Had no idea what was going on. They try to charge you some extreme amount of money for cleaning with isn’t legal. They never know what they are talking about. I really would suggest you double check everything. Thank god Lisa is there otherwise i think the office would crumble. She deserves a raise and should really run the place. I will never live at an IDM company complex ever again. Horrible corporation. Lisa is the only reason i enjoyed my stay. But I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
