They have good friends good neighbors and easy transportation for work and Ofcourse my kids school .so we love to stay here and call it our home . |Recommended: YesGreat escape — Our home flooded this summer and Acero graciously allowed us to do a short term rental with option for month to month. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Front office is super responsive. Felt very welcomed and cared for during our displacement.

|Recommended: YesGuest parking and Noise — Unfortunately there seems to be no parking availability ever, this is why it sucks when residents at apartments have multiple vehicles, I wish they didn't because then they take up visitor parkings. And Unfortunately the noise level from my upstairs neighbors continues even though I have sent multiple emails about it. They play their TV music so loud that I can hear the words of what they're playing and I can't hear my own TV which is very frustrating. I shouldn't have to put my TV on 30 just to be able to hear my TV

|Recommended: YesClean, private, accommodating — Overall this space is great. It’s really clean. There’s tons of privacy and it feels safe with the gated entry. And the accommodations are wonderful. It’s expensive but that’s what happens when you want updated living styles.
My only real complain is being able to hear everyone’s doors open and close loudly like slamming every time they come in and leave their apartment. Beyond that I don’t have any complaints.

|Recommended: YesPleasant Complex and Clean Grounds — The complex is well maintained and I look forward to seeing the landscaping come in fully. Noise levels are manageable and neighbors are generally congenial.
New construction always has some small issues, and we have noticed the building settling and cracks in caulking and paint around the apartment. This is expected and easy to fix. Otherwise, we love our unit and hope to stay for a while.

|Recommended: YesLife at Jensen Park — I love living in this community, people are generally very respectful and I don't have to worry about noise. The staff is very friendly and willing to help out when needed. I have been very impressed by how quickly the maintenance staff addresses any issues. They are so respectful of our space they even remove their shoes before entering
