Since moving in 2023, I have truly felt at home here, and I recently signed a renewal for another 15 months because I can't imagine living anywhere else in Queen Creek.
One of the standout aspects of this community is the team. With my recent work order for my washer …Mike, the maintenance supervisor, consistently impresses with his top notch communication skills. It’s a rarity in this industry to find someone who is not only efficient but also takes the time to ensure residents are kept in the loop. His dedication makes a significant difference in my living experience.
Additionally, Micah and Will take pride in their work and resident interaction. Their commitment to excellence is evident in how they maintain the property and respond to requests. They always make me feel like a valued resident, which truly enhances my overall experience. This is evident this maintenance Team is led by a strong leader, Mike.
The office team deserves a special shout-out as well Boede is always welcoming and incredibly helpful with any questions I have, making every interaction a pleasure. Anjelica is equally wonderful, bringing kindness and positivity to the office. Their teamwork and dedication create a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly sets this community apart.
As someone in property management myself, I understand the challenges of this industry, and I am quite particular about where I choose to live. I am grateful to have found such an outstanding community that meets my high standards and continues to impress me.

The area is for the most part quiet and great to have a small family to raise if needed. I’m very happy I was able to find this and call it my home.

The construction quality is solid, and noise is rarely an issue, making it a peaceful place to live. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and helpful.

|Recommended: NoLeasing agents aren’t helpful — I’ve had multiple problems with only 2 months living here. They will give you fees and expect you to pay them without no notice or reassigning. They aren’t helpful and I have had rude encounters with some. They have lied to me about multiple things. Each agent says something different.
