|Recommended: YesSuper friendly staff, very welcoming. Love living here. Parking is great too it’s nice not having to park far or in the back like a lot of other apartments. The apartments are lovely inside and out. Neighbors pretty friendly. Only thing is that every now and than someone passes pretty fast through the parking lot. But other than that we really enjoy living here Definitely worth the rent

I moved across state not knowing the area, or what to expect, but the team here made my families transition so seamless, I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. I'd also like to add that the community is really clean and quite. Great place to raise a family

Cons
Some neighbors don't pick up after their dogs tends to be a problem anywhere you go
Covered parking fills up quickly maybe this will be fixed once there is assigned parking
Mandatory valet trash nice, but wish we had a choice since it's not free
Overall, Acero is a lot of bang for your buck No property is perfect, but I've found that the cons here don't outweigh the pros. If you're looking for an apartment that's easy on the eyes and not too painful on the wallet, this is worth considering.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Great Staff, New Building Issues — The staff is very responsive, professional and friendly. There are issues with the apartments because of how new they are and having just finished building. Landscapers will set off fire alarms by accident when blowing through the buildings, there is no gas to the hot tub or the grills and its been months, no squat bar for the weight room apparently that is still on order . Because the second pool has yet to be built there are a ton of families at the pool. Unless you love kids, be ware. All in all, very good place to live and finishes are outstanding but its cramped and in high demand. Wish the construction team would match the management team in timeliness and delivering on expected dates of completion.
