|Recommended: NoIt’s ok — It’s not great and it’s not awful. It’s just apartment living in Phx. The valet garbage service is only on it 50 50 and it’s forced. Everyone has pets - no getting away from the smell. The parking is awful after 7pm. Plus side The pools are amazing. The noise inside my apartment is almost null. It’s easy to keep to yourself.

|Recommended: NoThe worse place to rent. Martha Vanegas steals your money by protecting rules and ignoring the people who lease the place. She steals your money without regard because lease contract are useless for her and the people who run Acero at Algodon Center. The lease for them is the 60 day notice that you need to give before you vacate the apartment regardless of what you signed in the contract. It has been a nightmare because there is no one to help you as a renter. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

The office staff is also very nice helpful.
