The resort-style living here is absolutely incredible—from the quality of the amenities to the overall atmosphere, everything reflects comfort, class, and attention to detail. It truly feels like a luxury retreat while still offering the warmth of home.
What makes this community even more special is the leadership and hospitality of Bernie Bray. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents are outstanding. He sets a standard that is rarely matched in apartment living.

|Recommended: NoABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS Move out charges are absurd the amount of 1k for cleaning and painting is ridiculous We occupied the unit for 1 yr and 5 months no pets no major damage and they sent an itemized bill for thousand and change for move out fees PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COST It’s not right to be charged for a carpet replacement that has absolutely NO damage and to paint over a few holes from picture and tv mounting. My last stay at Acero Cooley Was Nothing like this experience. I wouldn’t Recommend this apartment complex at any cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID

To many things to list.
Club house is closed on sundays. Ie 50 of the time for anyone that works a M-F
Mariachi Music blasting late hours of the night with 0 recourse or consideration for the rest of the tenants.
Property grounds are filled with dog poop.
Outdoor tv’s are ornamental meaning they quite literally don’t work and are just on running slideshows for their property tours. knowingly deceptive
Entire pool area is set up with misters but will never once be used even in the dead of summer.
The list goes on and on. 20 10 would not recommend.

|Recommended: NoDecent amenities but lots of ongoing issues — I’ve been living here for a while, and while there are a few things I appreciate, the overall experience has been pretty frustrating. The pool is nice and the package delivery system is convenient, which I do enjoy. However, there’s constant construction next door that kicks up a ton of dust and makes the area noisy. Unfortunately, noise complaints don’t seem to get addressed.
Construction workers park along the road and getting in and out of the entrance can be a hassle, especially during busy hours. The hot tub has been broken on annd off for an while and the entrance gate rarely works properly. To top it off, the office staff isn’t very helpful or friendly when you try to bring up concerns.
If you’re just looking for a decent pool and easy package pickup, it might work for you but be prepared for a lot of maintenance issues and poor communication.

|Recommended: YesBest apartments around — We moved in about 2 months ago and absolutely love it here. The grounds are kept clean and the management is wonderful. When I moved in, I came from out of state and it was late at night. They left the keys in my apartment for me and even brought in a ton of packages for me that were delivered early and had been left by the front door. They went way above and beyond to welcome us I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful welcome package and a very clean and beautiful apartment. What a relief after a long 2 day drive across the country I had an issue with a package locker not opening and the office was able to fix it quickly for me within minutes. I’ve had zero issues living here and absolutely love all the amenities. I see maintenance men here daily keeping the pool and hot tub clean, landscapers as well. It’s safe, clean, quiet, and overall a great place to live Highly recommend

|Recommended: NoThis is by far the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. Everything feels cheap and neglected. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy—there was urine on the toilet and walls, thick dust everywhere, and it was obvious no one had bothered to clean before I arrived. The grounds are constantly dirty, with dog poop all over, and many units have serious water damage.
The management is extremely unprofessional. Be very careful before signing anything—they’ll talk about a 12-month lease during the application process but then slip in an 18-month term without clearly telling you. In my case, they had me sign a form stating the lease would end in 12 months, then moments later added an 18-month lease that I didn’t notice right away. It felt deceptive and dishonest.
To make matters worse, maintenance will just walk into your apartment without any notice. It’s scary and a total violation of privacy.
There’s also a constant police presence here. Do not recommend
